We want you to love your order. If you are not happy, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
How to return
Contact us through our contact form with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics (mascara, lip products, serums and masks) can only be returned if they are faulty.
- The return shipping cost is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or stops working, contact us within 30 days with a photo or short video and we will send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
